Eliminating Self-Doubt---The Underminer of Your Divine Self

Doubt may be defined as a feeling of distrust and uncertainty, implying a distinctly negative judgment. The “doubting Thomas” is familiar to us. He is one who is habitually doubtful and refuses to believe anything without proof; a skeptic. That is not the same as questioning what you see around you or taking everything in this world at face value without using your rational mind and intuitive perceptions. I am not advocating that.
I am defining doubt for our purposes as the continued inability to trust ourselves and our connection to the All. It is our being unable to accept our own intuition or heart-centered truths. It frequently comes from the busy, often confused brain or body/mind.
The cloudy energy of doubt may not sound as lethal as addiction or rage or victimhood. However, to underestimate it is to see how it can sneakily and destructively undermine your growth and keep you from knowing your Oneness.
The 19th dimension is a good one to use for the identifying and eliminating of doubt within our bodies, emotions and minds. It is a plane with an American Indian energy. There is a powerful sense of “knowingness” and “beingness”, spiritual strength and speaking one’s truth. The colors that are used have a native American flavor; translucent blue (a turquoise shade), black, and red (a coral shade). They combine alchemically to form coral. The symbol of this dimension is the arrowhead, another native power tool.
Apply the transfigurational rose flame to your body, cleaning every cell with the loving and transfiguring power of unconditional love. Pay particular attention to the heart chakra, since much doubt which lodges in the mind overrules the true perceptions of the heart. Our position is to strengthen the heart’s understanding and natural faith.
Move your attention to your base chakra. Turn the red disk 19 times to the right, 19 times to the left, 19 times over, and 19 times under. The “right” direction, or clockwise, is the male balance. The “left” direction, or counter-clockwise, is the female balance. The “over” refers to Spirit, the “under” refers to matter or earth. Rotate the rest of the chakras in the same manner.
Now, go back to the base chakra. Send out a braid of the tourquoise blue, black, and coral red rays. Ask the braid to link firmly into the 19th frequency or dimension. As it does, see the braid morph into the alchemical color of coral.
Do this with each of the rest of the chakras through the black ray chakra below the feet. All of the chakras will be tied firmly into the 19th dimension with braids of coral.
Allow yourself to experience for a few minutes the energies of this plane.
Bring forth the arrowhead and picture it piercing the veil of illusion that surrounds your essence. The illusion is that you are separate from the Source and separate from all living energies--- be they human, plant, animal, star, atoms or galaxies. Cut away the sheath of lower level doubt energy that enshrouds your pure essence of Self.
Now ask for the Great Central Sun to come forth and illuminate your being, lighting up areas or pockets in your physical body wherein you hold feelings of doubt. Note these without judgment but do retain the memories, so that when you return to normal consciousness you will be able to work with them.
Now ask for the Sun to illuminate your emotional body and see where the doubt lodges.
Next ask for an illumination of your mental body. Also, see where the doubt permeates.
Finally ask your individualized soul essence if there has been soul damage in the past that may have caused you to carry doubt from other space/time existences and/or lifetimes.
When you have thoroughly scanned your being and you have the data you need, bring back your consciousness to the present 3rd dimensional reality.
To work on self alone, you may apply the healing energies by visualization of the energies directly to the afflicted spots.
If you have a partner who has also done this technique and is linked in to the 19th plane, he/she should begin to run the energy frequencies from this level into your body areas needing clearing and aligning. Verbalize what you are sensing with the areas of doubt energy and what the patterns are. If your partner has not linked in to the 19th dimension, he or she can still channel appropriate energies to you to facilitate this clearing, if the intent by the healer is set to do so.
When each area seems complete, energetically visualize and place the arrowhead over the balanced spot.
When all the areas have been addressed, cleared and aligned, ground and clear as always.

“Spiritual Bill of Rights”

With great blessings of a joyous New Year do I, St. Germain, greet you in Spirit. I Am the Presence of Our Spirit, and I Am indeed grateful for the opportunity to share with you regarding the nature of Sovereignty, and the Ultimate Truth beyond all forms. Even as you see the world trembling in fear at so many discordant manifestations, there is still that Hope, that Victory that is attainable by all, that IS attainable by all.
Therefore, be not disheartened by the appearances, especially the appearance of limitation regarding your personal and collective freedoms and rights.
Certainly the Truth shall prevail, and it is up to each of you, and us, to be vigilant and in deep understanding and compassion regarding the prevailing clamor for “security.”
At the end of the 18th Century and in the beginnings of the 19th, great revolutions engulfed the Western world. These movements were bred by the oppressive behaviors of the monarchs in Europe that ruled by “divine right of kings.” In just a short span of 30 years two of the most powerful of these, England and France, had been rebuffed or deposed. During that time, and under the direction of Spirit, I attempted to influence particular individuals and groups with the concepts of democracy and representative
self-rule. This concept was derived from what is known as the Universal Law of Divine Sovereignty. This law is written in the hearts of all beings, and is always the intense yearning that is experienced whenever oppression and injustice is holding sway.
Now certain beings sometimes come under the mistaken influence that they have a bit more sovereignty and a few more rights than other beings. When this distortion occurs, they begin to learn how to manipulate others in order to gain a semblance of control. This is based entirely on the illusion of need and a belief in “spiritual significance.” Simply stated, spiritual significance means “I have access to God, or special powers, or special knowledge, and you do not.” The first attempts are always a gentle persuasion or a form of lobbying to inform others of the special qualifications that one has to lead others and give orders. If others resist attempts at this friendly coercion, then the next step is to force their will upon those who disagree by any means available, usually through threats and intimidation. This intimidation usually takes the form of making something or someone else the “enemy." Then this being is then seen as the solution and/or protector. Actually, he/she is neither.
The biggest and most compelling argument by these beings for surrendering rights and freedoms is the perceived need for security. When a society and its individuals believe that security is based on strength of arms, or limited movement, or limited information, or special powers, then through the magnetic Law of Attraction, all that seeks to demonstrate chaos and insecurity is called forth. This, of course, leads into a vicious cycle of more security and a corresponding loss of more liberty, followed by more erosion and chaos, followed by more draconian acts, etc., etc. Well, you get the picture, do you not? By contrast, a truly open and peaceful, freedom loving society or civilization that practices the principles of honoring the sovereignty (right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness) of ALL beings, then attracts only that which affirms openness and freedom.
The reflection of the Divine Law of Sovereignty appears in some of your more cherished documents, such as the Magna Carta, the American Bill of Rights, and the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Some private organizations such as your Amnesty International also have as their state mission the Divine Right of Life to exist, and to alter circumstances so that all beings are given an equal voice.
In this part of the timeline on Planet Earth, so many are intimidated and fearful that any limitation of personal freedoms in exchange for the illusion of security is tolerated. It is the intention of the All That Is that all beings remember that they are already protected under Divine Law and have inalienable rights accorded to everyone. You who are reading this recognize the greater Truth, and know that you are Eternal and Everlasting, and that the ultimate security is to be and act without fear. This is the basis for true democracy, or a spiritualized society or civilization that agrees on the basic premise that there is a Spiritual Bill of Rights that all imperfect forms of government attempt to emulate, and these Rights are unchanging and Eternal.
The first of these Rights was reflected in the Preamble of the Constitution of the United States of America, especially the parts regarding ‘…certain inalienable rights’ and ‘…the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.’ Another one was inspired to be said through another; ‘…all men (and women for that matter) are created equal.’
So, the Spiritual Bill of Rights can be summed as follows:
A. All Beings are created equal and possess the same qualities, attributes, and desire for Unity and Freedom as their Creator.
B. All Beings are granted full freedom of Divine Expression, Divine Voice, Divine Movement and Divine Activity as their Spirit directs them without the interference, manipulation or judgment by another Being.
C. All Beings are entitled to all resources that are required to maintain Life in Physicality without respect to the nature and substance of their physical embodiment, their personal beliefs, or their behaviors and actions.
The mere fact that one is alive confers respect, love and honor.
D. All Expression of the Creator are living Beings, whether animal, mineral, or Pure Energy, and are accorded the rights previously stated. This includes Planets and all Celestial Forms.
E. All Beings may disagree with any other Beings without fear of intimidation, retribution, imprisonment, torture, or death.
F. All Beings have an Eternal Passport to Creation. No expiration date and no travel restrictions.
G. All Beings recognize that all forms of legal governance are imperfect and temporary, and that the ultimate Divine Authority resides within each individual. No temporal authority has rights or laws greater than the One Truth and Reality that is inherent in each representative of the Supreme Individuation of the One Life and Power, henceforth referred to as God, Spirit, All That Is, I AM THAT I AM.
H. All Beings have a right to consciously and mindfully terminate their physical experience if it no longer serves their Evolution, or if their physical vehicle is damaged or diseased beyond repair.
I. All Beings have the right to joy, play, laughter and Love. It is the only purpose for Life.
These nine Rights are simple, and if applied, would transform your world.
Every expression of humanity to feel free and unfettered comes from these Laws that are written in all of our Hearts. They guarantee or mutually security, our mutual benefit, our mutual desire for peace and happiness. It will take some more time, patience and compassion for the full awakening within the breast of humanity, and be ever mindful that as those in fear attempt to use fear as a weapon to appropriate ever more control and power, know that you are given even more of an opportunity to stand tall and to demonstrate your spirituality through enlighten politics and a steady voice.
When you center into your I Am Presence, the Voice of Truth will resonate forth from you like a silvered trumpet, clear and commanding, and the souls around you will pause and remember the Law in their Heart of Hearts. Just sing forth your song, and the walls of fear will shatter and fall into dust!
Be of good courage and joyous, for as was said before, when you see times that trouble you know that the hour of salvation and victory is close. Know that the Victory is ours and cannot be forestalled or prevented. This I, St. Germain, declare as my I AM PRESENCE to your I AM. And so it is!

Dowsing... a Tool for Self-empowerment

Dowsing is the process of using a tool such as a pendulum or rod to discover things that cannot be discovered using our everyday senses. It is a term, which in the past has been associated primarily with the finding of water sources. Modern dowsers, or diviners as they are sometimes known as, dowse for oil & gas, minerals, water, lost objects, and lost people to name just a few. A pendulum can also be used to determine one’s state of health and whether particular medicines, supplements, etc should be taken. One can also dowse for health-care services, identify environmental stressors, find or create healing spaces, and locate a safe place to place our bed or working area.
Dowsing Tools
A dowsing tool is nothing more than a communication device. In and of itself it has no power and no ability to move. Although no one knows how or why dowsing works, it seems that the movement of the pendulum or rod(s) is controlled through or by your subconscious (or something of that nature). Most experienced dowsers use all of the basic dowsing tools. These are the pendulum, L-rods, Y-rod and the Bobber with the first two being easily made from materials on hand. Any object hung from a piece of string is a pendulum and a old wire coat hanger can be cut and bent into a L-rod. The tool chosen is usually just the most convenient one for the job at hand. As dowsing devices come in all sizes, shapes and materials, it is important only that you choose a tool that you’re comfortable with for all instruments work equally well for experienced dowsers.
In fact, it is important not to impose any beliefs on yourself that a particular tool is better than another. If your favourite crystal pendulum isn’t available, a washer hung on a piece of fishing line will work just as well!
Learning to Dowse
Dowsing is a skill that anyone can learn. It does take practice but then what worthwhile goal is ever reached without effort? Before you can practice you do need to discover what the movement of the pendulum or rod(s) mean. To simplify matters I will concentrate on using a pendulum. The various rods are employed most often for fieldwork.
Most dowsing can be accomplished using three movements: one for a YES/POSITIVE answer, another for NO/NEGATIVE, and a third for MAYBE/NEUTRAL (or a Rephrase the Question) response. Experienced dowsers may also count the number of swings or turns to determine depth of an item being searched for; rely on the movement of the instrument to determine the length of a particular treatment they’re doing; etc.
The first step is determining what YOUR responses mean. Your responses may vary from another person’s but that is fine - what works for you is all that counts!
Take your pendulum and hold the string or chain between your thumb and first finger, about 2 ½ to 3 inches from the weight at the end.
• Sit quietly for a few moments to centre and ground yourself. If you find that you are out-of-sorts in some way wait until another time when you are more relaxed.
•
While slowly swinging the pendulum vertically back and forth, mentally (or out loud) ask the pendulum to show you your YES movement by swinging in a circular direction. This will be clockwise or counter-clockwise.•
If there is little or irregular movement it might be beneficial to hold the pendulum over your right knee. Repeat the question “Please show me what my YES response is.”•
Repeat for a NO response (over the left knee if necessary).•
Ask for your MAYBE response. Oftentimes it will be a back-and-forth swing at a 45-degree angle. It should be something quite different from the circular motions.Now you practice, practice, and practice some more! You should start by asking questions that you know the answers to. For example, is my name Mary? Then you can move on to asking questions where the answer can be verified, such as “Are there any messages on my answering machine?” If you get a YES response, ask, “Is there 1 message?” “More than 1 message?” “Is there 2 messages?” and so on. These simple exercises, done consistently, will enhance and confirm your ability to dowse.
Using charts
There are a number of charts available commercially or you can make your own. Feel free to print out the following chart. You can add numbers 0 to 100 (in increments of 10) for a percentage chart or mark the names of various remedies (Bach Flower, homeopathic) to see which ones you should take. Anything at all can be marked on the chart. Hold you pendulum at the centre of the bottom line and slowly swing it back-and-forth horizontally. Then ask a question such as “What is the percentage of likelihood that it will rain today?” The pendulum will slowly move to a diagonal back-and-forth swing over the correct figure.
Check with Dowsing Societies in your area for information on dowsing schools, books, annual conventions, etc. Joining a group of like-minded people to practice and fine-tune your dowsing is an excellent idea.

Feel Non-Locally Interconnected

Despite seeming evidence to the contrary, you are not ever
alone, isolated, or cut off from everyone. You are connected so totally with
everything and everyone else in this universe and probably other universes as
well that you affect All That Is. This is what Earth's wisest spiritual teachers
have told us for centuries, and it's now also what most physicists tell us as
well.
Recent findings in the field of quantum physics are supporting this
ancient spiritual assertion, as physicists have been surprised to find quantum
"twin particles", and even clusters of non-locally connected quantum particles
that instantly respond when one of their group is observed. This finding of
quantum non-locality is the basis for the development of quantum computers,
which promise to bring us to a new age of computing with far greater speed and
computational flexibility than ever before.
While physicists have now
known that observers affect the experiment, and that quantum particles are
intimately interconnected with one another across great distances, these ideas
are only slowly being absorbed by the general populace. For many centuries, our
western way of viewing the world was to see it as something we could observe
objectively, without affecting what we were looking at. Quantum research has
toppled this assumption, and required that we reassess the way we conduct our
research. It seems possible, perhaps even likely, that we see what we want to
see. This is certainly true of quantum particles who appear when we are looking
as particles, and otherwise remain in a "wave" form which we can't
see.
