This following experiential technique helps us to bring ourselves more into the holographic perspective.

• First, ground yourself to the earth.

• Protect your auric field with a golden dome of protection from the Source.

• Clear away any extraneous energies not your own, or energies of yours which are no longer wanted. (such as old patterns or baggage) You can do this by feeling and visualizing a rainbow flame encompassing your auric field and penetrating all four of your bodies---physical, emotional, mental and spiritual---with the intent of clearing away and elevating your overall vibratory rate.

• When complete with the above, picture yourself in the middle of a medicine wheel consisting of the four directions. This is the multidimensional space wherein one integrates and aligns all the different aspects of oneself.To your south is your physical body, to your north is your spiritual body, to your west is your emotional body, and to your east is your mental body.

• In your mind’s eye, picture yourself moving right in front of your physical body in the south. Begin to balance the chakras of the physical part of you, starting at the base chakra, ending at the black chakra.

• Then ask the physical body if there is anything it wishes for you to know. Allow a dialogue. The type of information at this level will involve sensations or other physical manifestations.

• When completed, move next to the west direction where your emotional body is. Now balance the chakras of your emotional body. When complete, ask the emotional body if there is anything it desires you to know. The type of information here will involve feelings.

• Next, move your attention to the east where the mental body resides. Balance the chakras of this body. When it is completed, ask the mental body if there is anything it wishes you to know. The type of information at this level will involve thought or other data.

• Shift your attention to the north where the spiritual body is. Balance the chakras of this body. When done, ask the spiritual body is there is anything it wishes you to know. The type of information will involve intent or wisdom.

• In conclusion, you will go back to the center of the medicine wheel and bring all the bodies into the multidimensional space (the center) and merge them into you.

• Re-ground if necessary.
