Lear Learn different methods for accessing the higher aspect of yourself. The class will include keeping a journal, being willing to get in touch with all parts of yourself, acknowledging. The class will introduce healing techniques, meditations, exploring other lives we’ve lived, our extra-sensory, multi-level perceptions and more. This class is never taught the same way each time it’s given; new material presented.
