Overcoming Fear

Fear is considered an unpleasant, strong emotion caused by the expectation and awareness of danger. Like anger, we have many words to describe it: anxiety, terror, panic, fright, dread, and trepidation.

There are times in which fear may act in our favor, such as in the “flight versus fight” response of our adrenal glands. It can warn us of physical danger and get us out of the way of harm. No body has said that cautionary behavior is not valid.

However, most fear I have discovered is largely unfounded. Most fears don’t seem to come true unless you, by your continued preoccupation, manifest occurrences in your life; in a sense, “playing them out”. Continually fearing that disaster is just waiting behind the corner to strike you may well come true as you expect it to.

False evidence appearing real is an accurate depiction of the illusion of fear. As tangibly real as it often seems to us, it is ultimately illusory.

Much of my own life I have wrestled with conquering my fears, whether they be of survival, disaster, security issues, the unknown future, relationship- or money-oriented. In the past, I have seen the demon as something to be vanquished. In doing so, I may temporarily win, but the monster always comes back.

Then I learned the act of non-resistance.

A technique that has worked well for me has the incoming breath acknowledging the fear (whatever it is) and the exhaling breath, releasing the fear. I learned to stay with the breathing, even if it took an hour or more, until the feelings of fear had dissipated. By acknowledging it, I didn’t say it really existed, just that I recognized its illusory presence within me. This act on non-resistance does not feed the fear, increasing its potency, but begins to dissipate it.

There are different levels of fear, for I do not feel that it is a strictly 3rd dimensional reaction. I believe that it can deposit in all of our bodies, and in other aspects of our multiple selves living on other energy frequencies.

Believe it or not, a primary definition of fear in the dictionary is having a reverent awe of God”! Talk about how we have let fear rule us! We have even taught ourselves to be afraid of God. This fearing of God is the ultimate illusion.

A Dolphin Show in California

Many years ago, when my children were still quite young, we decided to visit the local attraction of the animal theme park Marine World in the bay area of California. While I am not a huge fan of animals of the wild being cooped up in captivity, I moved through my mixed feelings of wanting my children to have the experience of seeing exotic birds and other animals, and my PETA style sensibilities. Another big reason was to see the dolphin event.

We went to one of the first dolphin shows of the day. We got close to the water by sitting in the bench seats in the first row. As the dolphins swam out, I felt a HUGE heart connection, something that had happened before, but rarely. Waves of love and bliss flowed through me. I sat there statue-like and stunned.

And so were the dolphins...at least they were motionless. The trainer attempted to run them through their various routines for their act. The dolphins refused to move. Finally after a few minutes of nothing happening, the trainer ended the show, clearly at a loss at what else he could do. He mentioned when the next show would be.

The amazing heart feeling began to dissipate as the dolphins left the arena.

We went to a later show, and I did not have the same reaction. The dolphins performed in their usual expert way.

I later asked an intuitive what had happened. She said that we—the dolphins and I—recognized each other. That they had not expected to see me there, and I had not anticipated to have that heart communion with them. It was a mutual love fest, as it were. They focused on that, and not on performing.

It was truly a blessing, and absolutely the best part about being there.

In and Out Breathing to Release Toxins

A client recently asked me to write up how to do the in and out breathing. It is practiced in nearly every private session and class I conduct and is extremely useful and valuable to getting yourself in a calmer, present and peaceful state of being. I like to precede sessions with this preparatory technique.

This exercise calms the body, emotions, mind and spirit, and gets rid of unwanted internal toxins, energies and carbon dioxide through the exhaling breath. The inhaling breath brings in new fresh energies that are desired by the participant.

Here is an example of how to do it. You can bring in your own ideas and add to this. Do rush through it or drag the breathing out too long. Find a comfortable pace which allows for a natural rhythm of breathing.

Breathe in fresh oxygen. Breathe out stale carbon dioxide.

Breathe in expansion. Breathe out constriction.

Breathe in divine love. Breathe out anything not unconditional love or compassion.

Breathe in divine light. Breathe out anything not of the light.

Breathe in harmony. Breathe out inharmony.

Breathe in balance. Breathe out imbalance.

Breathe in prosperity. Breathe out poverty.

Breathe in peace. Breathe out anxiety.

Breathe in gratitude. Breathe out ingratitude.

Breathe in hope. Breathe out fear.

Breathe in laughter. Breathe out grumpiness.

Breathe in faith. Breathe out doubt.

Breathe in abundance. Breathe out lack.

Breathe in health. Breathe out illness.

Breathe in joy. Breathe out sadness.

Breathe in clarity. Breathe out confusion.

Breathe in balanced activity. Breathe out inertia.

Breathe in sharing. Breathe out greed.

Breathe in cheerfulness. Breathe out self pity.

Breathe in self-realization. Breathe out incomprehension.

Breathe in Christ Consciousness. Breathe out ego consciousness.

Breathe in transformation. Breathe out blockage.

Breathe in empowerment. Breathe out disempowerment.

Breathe in responsibility. Breathe out blame.

Breathe in expression. Breathe out repression.

Breathe in optimism. Breathe out pessimism.

Breathe in Oneness. Breathe out separation.

Now breath normally.

Of course, you will probably only do a few of these at a time. Select the ones most appropriate at the moment. Think up some of your own.

After the Shift

What Do We Do Now?

This is a most exciting, most unique and most impactful time in the Earth's history! You could call it the Little Planet That Could, located in the boonies of this sector of this galaxy. It has garnered the close observation and attention of the entire Multiverse and brought forth many to walk the planet in order to serve and make a difference from every sector of this vast Cosmos!

To see where we are today, let us first give an overview of the last 25 years. Beginning with the first Harmonic Convergence in August of 1987, we have seen the waves of energy from the Source or the Godhead sweep over and through this planet, allowing for the much needed clearing processes and releasing of blockages. We experienced the various waves, physical through spiritual in sequential order, downloading onto the planet to get in deeper to our essences; in other words, to peel back our onion layers to their cores.

All along the way, we experienced multiple portals or stargates open to us (the different 11:11s, the 12:12:12 etc), eclipses, alignment of planets drenched us in amplified spiritual energies which helped us to take in higher and higher frequencies of Light and Love.

These various stargate openings took us up to the shift of Dec. 21. 2012 and this present momentous time. Many have spoken of what this shift has meant to the planet and how vitally important and serious it is. I won' repeat these wonderful insights again. What I would like to do is to come at this in a little different way. How do we adjust and cope with this shift? Many are having a very difficult time. What do we do next?

The question has been posed: "What do you feel is the most important focus for people in our type of networks right now?"

To fully enter into a physical 5th dimension, there needs to be much re-alignment and cellular/atomic acceleration into that particular frequency. So many precious souls that are here in the Light are still struggling with the negative ego, severe physical illnesses, and general misalignments and fears of all kinds. As a healer by trade, I am grateful for my guides of the Rainbow Liquid Light who have come to assist me and those wishing the help with their intense but powerful Source energies that particularly focus on readying one for living fully in the 5th dimension. And there are many more wonderful healing modalities out there...a lovely buffet where one can choose the one or more modalities that satisfy the pallette.

Besides the all important "being of the greatest service to humanity", which is our lightworker's motto, it is the continued dedication to our own soul's growth. Just because we have passed this major marker, doesn't mean we are done. Our growth is not just planetary, but multidimensional and Cosmic. It involves us becoming good stewards of our planetary transformation. It is to envision our planet joining in Oneness with the other planets and star systems in peace and harmony, and welcoming them to the earth when that time comes where it is officially acknowledged, rather than hidden. It is to stop this ridiculous lens perspective of seeing everyone else as the "other" or separate from self. Another of our mottos is "From separation to Oneness." And we strive to live it.

And in no particular order, here are some more things to ponder:

  • Becoming informed on how to bring forth one's wholebrain balance
  • Opening up the chakras to larger flows of love and light.
  • Energetically cleaning the body systems such as lymphatic and bloodstream, utilizing the organs and glands beyond the physical expression---knowing they are portals to other realities and dimensions. Taking those openings into the mystical arts if one is so inclined.
  • Allowing the heart and mind to come together in alignment rather than be in competition or feeling superior to the other.
  • To bring about that all important balance of the male and female energies.
  • To align our emotions or feelings to our highest spiritual intent.
  • To stand tall in our divinity, knowing who we are and what we represent.
  • To understand the underpinings of Reality and that ultimately it is an Illusion. That only God'/Goddess, Love, compassion, Light is real.
  • To understand that all beings on this planet, not just human, have consciousness and are a spark of divinity and deserve our love and respect.
  • To treat our Mother Earth as our Mother, who takes care of us and loves us.
  • To treat our beloved Nature and the devic and elemental energies as sacred.
  • Be a good example. Practice what you preach.
  • Don't be content to stay in one place energetically or spiritually. Continue to grow.

These are exciting times! We are no longer in the dress rehearsal...we are smack dab in the live play itself. We have waited eons of time for this moment. When things get too rough, or you feel the heavy weight of it, just know that you are here for a reason. It isn't random. Some day we will fully understand why and how...all the questions we wanted to ask the Source. Namaste, dear ones.
